Deposit Policy

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any braiding appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits can be sent via cash app ( $ndewastyles ) or via zelle ( 689-273-1891 ).

Late Policy


Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed, after 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply.

Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more your appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on availability. Clients arriving 20 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and will be required to pay a new deposit to re-book.

Consistent punctuality ensures the best service for every client.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If an emergency occurs on the day of your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible—I’m willing to work with you to reschedule.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Clients who do not call or show up for their appointment will not be allowed to book again. Consistent communication is required to remain in good standing.
